The detached villa stands a few hundred meters from the sea in the heart of the green lung of Versilia, in a rural context characterized by tall-trunk vegetation typical of the Mediterranean maquis, and maquis settlements with villas and parks that mark the area of Imperial Rome . The design of the villa, dating back to 1959, is characterized by a geometric layout with oblique sides, an authentic peculiarity that makes the body of the building absolutely unique and recognizable. Inside, the housing functions are spread over 3 floors above ground, with the distribution of common areas on the ground floor and bedrooms and ancillary services on the upper floors, for a total area of approximately 400 m2. Forming part of the existing building heritage in the rural area, the building underwent, following some modifications which saw it as the protagonist in the first five years of the 1970s, a definitive restoration and conservative renovation, aimed at improving its 'both external and internal appearance, taking care to preserve the typological characteristics of the building, however increasing its settlement capacity, raising its living standard through the installation of functions for recreational purposes (such as swimming pool and tennis court), and enhancing the naturalistic context in which it is inserted, part of the huge forest heritage originally present in northern Tuscany.
